Company Policies are important as they help support my business and allow me to work openly and honestly with you allowing me to bring you great work with confidence and trust in our relationship.

Cancellation Policy

Includes late and same day cancellations/no shows and extensions policy:

We reserve the right to update these terms by posting updates and changes to our website and reasonable notice to you. Please review these terms from time to time for updates and changes that may impact you.

Cancellation Policy:
*All clients are required to have a card held on file for your account*

​

Appointments under $200: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged when cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of appointment time.

​

Appointments over $200: A $100 booking fee is required which goes toward your service, with the remainder due at close out. Appointment request will not be scheduled until fee is received.

With this booking fee, you may reschedule 1 time when doing so with more than a 3 day notice. With less than 3 days notice, the booking fee is then non refundable and a new booking fee is required to reschedule appointment.
If cancellation with more than 3 days notice is required, a refund may be issued either back on your card or via Venmo or Zelle.

Late Policy: All clients are allotted a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be either:

1. Altered or opted for another service that will fit the remaining time frame

2. Rescheduled and charged with the $50 cancellation fee for the day/booking fee forfeited requiring a new booking fee for the rescheduled appointment.

Same Day Cancellations/no show: 100% of the service is required, therefore either the total amount will be charged to the card or, if you paid a booking fee, the difference after the $100 booking fee will then be charged to the credit card on file.

The card on file is used only to keep in our records and would then be used to charge cancellation fee when necessary.
You do not need to use this card for total of service payment: cash, venmo or zelle options are still available at check out.

Extensions:
All extension clients ordering new hair are required to send payment for total cost of hair in full to Jessica for her to order that hair for your appointment. This price depends on the installation type, length, and amount of hair needed for your service. This will be quoted to you from Jessica and hair will not be ordered until it is received via Venmo or Zelle ONLY.
All subsequent installation appointments to install and/or move up extensions follow original cancellation policy stated above with $100 booking fee.


After Pay is now being accepted for Extensions! If you would like to order your hair with this, it must be done in person.
The $100 booking fee is not available with After Pay, but the end cost of service can be closed out with After Pay at check out.

Content Release:
This agreement releases any media created by the artist to use publicly for social media content, website, and marketing purposes, etc.
